Today’s Available to Spend is calculated daily as follows:
- 100% of your metal liquidation value
- Plus 100% of your cash value
- Minus any pending orders (Buy, Deposit, Withdraw, and Redeem Orders)
What communications should I expect when using the OneGold Card?
- You may receive transaction notifications, account alerts, and periodic statements related to your card activity. Notification preferences can be managed within your Account Settings.
Can I still buy, hold, and sell gold the way I always have?
- Yes. The OneGold Card is an additional feature layered on top of your existing account. Your ability to buy, sell, and store metals through the OneGold platform remains unchanged.
