Once a redeem order is approved, shipping occurs as follows:
- Orders will typically ship out next business day as all OneGold redeem orders qualify for APMEX’S quick ship program. Not all products qualify for quick ship. Some products are listed with a pre-sale date. These products are on back order and are estimated to ship on the date listed on the products page. Additionally, pre-1933 Gold takes a further 1-2 business days to ship.
- Once the order is shipped, we will provide a confirmation email that contains tracking information.
- Orders are shipped from APMEX in Oklahoma City. Packages are fully insured until the time of delivery and will be shipped via either UPS or USPS. Packaging is discreet with no mention of precious metals, APMEX, or OneGold.
- Please contact us with any post shipment issues. We will work with the APMEX team to correct any incomplete or incorrect order.
- APMEX sees very few delivery issues with their carriers, but sometimes delays do occur. In those situations, we appreciate your patience to wait a little longer for your package (at least 7 business days) before contacting us. Should the package not arrive, an investigation of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded.
- Shipping domestically is free.
