In some cases, OneGold may delay the processing of your withdraw request. This will occur in the following instances:
Bank ACH Orders Less than 5 Business Days Ago:
- Bank ACH transfers require time to clear.
- If you are trying to withdraw funds from a bank ACH received by OneGold less than five business days ago, OneGold may delay processing your withdrawal to wait for the funds to clear.
- There is no need to wait the five business days before submitting your withdrawal.
- OneGold will process your withdrawal as soon as funds are available. We will send an email when your bank transfer has been processed.
- Depending on your bank, funds will typically post to your account within 1 to 2 business days after we process your bank transfer.
