Wire Transfer
- Add your bank details, including your name on the account, the bank's name, the routing number, the account number, and the bank's address.
- If you need to provide additional bank details to us, please email us at support@onegold.com.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit your request.
- "Withdraws" are typically processed in 1 to 2 business days once funds have settled. We will send an email when your wire has been processed.
- Funds will typically post to your account within 1 business day after we process your wire.
- OneGold charges a flat fee of $25 USD for withdrawals requested by bank wire.
Bank Transfer (US Banks Only)
- Link your bank account by providing your online banking credentials.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit your request.
- "Withdraws" are usually processed in 1 business day. We will send an email when your bank transfer has been processed.
- Depending on your bank, funds will typically post to your account within 1 to 2 business days after we process your bank transfer.
