When paying by credit card or PayPal:
- You will be prompted to enter all the required payment information in the checkout screen.
- When purchasing by credit card or PayPal, there is a 3.99% service fee. You will see this service fee added to your order total in the checkout screen.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- We are unable to accept credit card transactions out of the United Kingdom.
- We require that the name on the credit card must match the name on the account. OneGold reserves the right to lock any user account attempting to purchase with a card that does not match the listed account information for customer security.
- OneGold is able to accept pre-paid credit cards, however, we do not recommend using this type of payment. Per our withdrawal policies, OneGold may be required to process funds back to the originating source. If a customer pays with a pre-paid card and withdraws within 60 days of the original deposit, they risk losing these funds if they no longer have the card in their possession.
