If an order has already been locked in:
- OneGold does not have a way to change the payment method. If you are unable to send payment via the method you selected, the order will either need to be canceled or we can allow you to fund the account and apply the funds to your open order.
- To provide payment by an alternative method, you can navigate to the fund page and fund the cash balance on your account with your preferred payment method. Once this is completed, please contact us by phone at 800-492-9144 or by email at support@onegold.com. We can apply the funds to your open buy order for you.
