You can add verification documentation by:
- Logging into your OneGold account and selecting "Settings" under your account name. Click "Verification" on the left-hand navigation section, enter in your details, and click Continue. The next page will feature a drop-down menu to select the type of document you wish to upload. Once you have made your selection, click the "Browse" button on the right to access your computer’s files and choose a document to upload. Once you have selected your document, you can click the "Submit for Verification" button to complete the document upload process. A valid photo ID includes a government-issued photo identification such as a passport or a driver’s license.
