You may delete a limit order at any time until the order has executed. To do so, simply navigate to the limit order dashboard, located under the settings section of your OneGold account. Select the limit order that you would like to delete, and you'll be given the option to remove it. There are no cancellation fees when removing a limit order that has not executed.
Limit orders that have already executed may not be canceled. If funds are not available when a buy limit order executes, OneGold's standard cancellation fee of $35.00, plus any applicable market loss fees, may be charged. Once executed, sell limit orders may not be canceled.
