You can add verification documentation by:
- Logging into your OneGold account, and selecting the Settings section under your account name. Click the Verification option on the left-hand navigation, enter in your details and click Continue. The next page will have a drop down to select which type of document you wish to upload. Once you have made your selection, click the Browse button on the right to access your computer’s files and choose a document to upload. Once you have chosen your document, you will be able to click the Submit for Verification button and finish the document upload process. A valid photo ID includes a Government issued photo identification such as a passport or a driver’s license.
- The verification is only required for accounts that reach at least $100k in value or for any customer that would want to place a redeem order.
- You are still able to buy, sell, and withdraw cash if the account has not been verified.
