To protect your funds and to minimize fraud on your account, OneGold may send withdraws to a payment method other than what was initially requested. This will occur in the following instances:
Credit Card Orders Less than 60 Days Ago:
- If your account has credit card transactions completed less than 60 days ago, OneGold may choose to refund your credit cards instead of processing a withdraw as requested.
- OneGold will notify you via email if sending funds back to your credit card.
- You may see multiple refunds on your credit card account equal to or less than your original order amounts.
- If you used a credit card that you no longer have access to, please wait 60 days after your most recent credit card transaction to prevent OneGold from refunding your credit card(s).
- Depending on your bank, funds will typically post to your credit card statement within 1 to 3 business days after we process your withdraw.
PayPal Orders Less than 60 Days Ago:
- If your account has PayPal transactions completed less than 60 days ago, OneGold may choose to refund your PayPal account instead of processing a withdraw as requested.
- OneGold will notify you via email if sending funds back to your PayPal account.
- You may see multiple refunds on your PayPal account equal to or less than your original order amounts.
- Funds will post to your PayPal account immediately after being processed by OneGold.
Bank ACH Orders Less than 60 Days Ago:
- If your account has bank ACH transactions completed less than 60 days ago, OneGold may choose to refund your original bank account instead of processing a withdraw as requested.
- OneGold will notify you via email if sending funds to your original bank account.
- Depending on your bank, funds will typically post to your bank account within 1 to 2 business days after we process your withdraw.
